By filling out this form and paying the transfer fee of $175 you are agreeing to:
1. Rent your membership out for the entirety of Summer 2026 (We are no longer offering partial summer rentals or sublets)
2. Give your membership access to the pool to a renting family (Should you wish to come to the pool during Summer 2026, you will need to come as a guest of an active member)
3. Children of families who have rented out their membership are not eligible for Swim Team the year they have rented out their membership
4. Families who have rented out their membership will still have access to swim lessons during their rented out season, however they will fall under non-member sign up windows and pricing
5. Your membership will be rented out after your $175 payment has been received and processed
6. You will remain owner of your membership and will be responsible for Summer 2027 dues or rental fee
